STATE-OF-THE-ART WEIGHT ROOM

 

Thanks to a generous donation Bishop Fenwick High School is the recipient of a brand new weight room.  The room is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that allows for intense target specific weight training.  While the old weight room was only five years old - this weight room is a marked improvement over the old one.

 

The players have already adapted to the new equipment and the free weight work in addition to the core strength program continues throughout the months of January and February.  The weight stations are customized for Bishop Fenwick HS and in addition multiple racks of dumb bells were added to accommodate the specific training needs of the female athletes.
